SUMMARY:

The Project Assistant is responsible for general office and field tasks and providing supportive assistance to the office and project managers. The Project Assistant is responsible for assisting all team members, including but not limited to Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



  • Able to commute to USA Parkway
  • Working knowledge of electrical materials and construction processes.
  • KOJO Material Tracking Software Experience Preferred
  • Placing Material Orders
  • Understanding of Lead times and inventory coordination
  • Ability to identify & resolve material shortages or delivery issues quickly.
  • Proactive in preventing delivery delays that impact field operations
  • CBOM Releases and Tracking
  • Rental Equipment ordering and Tracking. Maintaining Rental Log.
  • Rental Equipment Service/Repair Coordination w/ Vendors
  • Rental Equipment Invoicing.
  • Communicating with Vendors, Purchasing Team in LV, and Project Team.
  • Coordinating with field team for deliveries and tracking.
  • Problem solving
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with vendors, field teams, and other departments
  • Team Player
  • Self-Starter, Self Motivated - able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work under pressure, meets deadlines.
  • Needs to be able to multi-task and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

* Commercial construction industry experience preferred

* Commercial electrical experience strongly preferred

* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

* High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

* Detail oriented, focused, ability to multi-task and motivated.
