Litigation Paralegal

A prestigious law firm is seeking a litigation paralegal to join its team in Washington, DC . This is an immediate opening for a motivated self-starter with big law experience and in-court trial exposure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare affidavits, legal correspondence, and other attorney-directed documents
• Organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems
• Perform administrative duties including calendaring hearings and deadlines, organizing case files, and managing logistics
• Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes
• Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices
• File pleadings with court clerks
• Attend trial and arbitration proceedings; liaise between trial teams and internal and external third parties; provide administrative support as needed
