Talent Acquisition subject matter expert who will provide strategic leadership and business partnership to UMMH hiring teams. Providing vision, leadership, and team management to ensure execution of efficient/effective talent acquisition programs and practices. This includes developing a robust recruitment strategy to support UMMH and driving performance across all talent acquisition disciplines (i.e., talent pipeline, sourcing, branding, assessment & selection, offer negotiation, onboarding and compliance, etc.). As the leader of all talent acquisition activities & initiatives, the Director Talent Acquisition will cultivate and lead a team of highly proficient and experienced Managers in Talent Acquisition that oversee the onboarding coordinators or sourcers and consultants, all focused on the most critical hiring needs of UMMH.I. Major Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies ensuring effective talent pipeline, sourcing, assessment, evaluation, selection, and onboarding & compliance of the most qualified and diverse talent for UMMH. (30%) II. Position Qualifications: License/Certification/Education: Experience/Skill: Remote Role: Position requires travel to MA on a quarterly basis and from time to time may require additional trips dependent on business needs. Unless certification, licensure or registration is required, an equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed in this description may be substituted for the above requirements. Department-specific competencies, including age-specific competencies and their measurements will be developed and maintained in the individual departments. The competencies will be maintained and attached to the departmental job description. Responsible managers will review competencies with position incumbents. III.
