Description Acara Solutions is looking for a Safety Consultant for one of our clients in Phoenix, AZ.
5 month contract with possibility of extension
Pay Rate: $45-$50/hour
Key Responsibilities:
* Site Visits: Conduct regular visits to field sites to assess environmental conditions and hydration needs. This includes, Metro Phoenix, Casa Grande, Yuma, Douglas, Palo Verde. * Training & Coaching: Provide training sessions and one-on-one coaching to staff on effective hydration practices, emergency hydration and heat management. * Protocol Development: Develop and implement comprehensive heat and hydration protocols and interventions tailored to specific site conditions. * Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor adherence to protocols and report on hydration and heat-related incidents. * Risk Assessment: Perform risk assessments to identify potential heat-related hazards and recommend preventive measures. * Emergency Response: Advise on emergency procedures for heat-related illnesses and dehydration. * Educational Materials: Create and distribute educational materials on hydration and heat safety. * Collaboration: Work closely with management, foreman, Safety and health teams to ensure integrated safety practices.
