Schedule: 1 st shift Monday - Friday 7:00am - 03:30pm

What You'll Do:
  • Maintain a consistent and uninterrupted production flow by proactively coordinating materials, tools, and workflow needs
  • Monitor and support time-sensitive operations to ensure production schedules are met
  • Supply raw materials and components to workstations while moving finished goods and removing waste
  • Follow standardized processes to ensure operational continuity and quality outcomes
  • Communicate updates, including production counts and potential issues, to supervisors and team members

Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in MS Office Suite
What Sets You Apart:
  • Comfortable learning/using computer software
  • Associate degree
  • Experience in electronics or a manufacturing environment, preferably within a lean setting
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight production schedules
  • Physically able to remain on your feet for extended periods and lift/move materials as needed
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across diverse teams
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to understand, monitor, and support end-to-end production flow
  • Strong situational awareness with the ability to identify and communicate workflow issues or bottlenecks quickly
Additional Information:
  • Candidate must be willing to be on their feet and walk throughout the facility 90% of the shift.
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary.
