APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Support engineering activities including design, testing, fabrication, and assembly of electro-mechanical systems Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and diagrams to build and modify hardware Troubleshoot, calibrate, and test complex tools, equipment, and systems Conduct experiments, analyze data, and document results to improve processes Design and build tooling and fixtures to support unique engineering tasks Job Requirements What You'll Bring: Associate's degree + 3+ years of engineering technician or related experience 3+ years of experience working with fabrication tools and complex hardware systems What Sets You Apart: Strong understanding of technical theories and hands-on fabrication techniques Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional engineering environments Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
