The Opportunity:
Booz Allen's People Services and Human Resources organization plays a critical role in accelerating business growth by empowering leaders, strengthening workforce capabilities, and cultivating a highperforming culture. As a Human Resources (HR) Intern, you will gain handson experience across multiple HR functions, contribute to companywide initiatives, and help shape the future of how we support and develop our people.

This internship offers meaningful exposure to the full HR lifecycle and the opportunity to apply critical thinking, problemsolving, and analytical skills to real organizational challenges.You'lldevelop broad experience across HR disciplines, practical experience using people insights and data, stakeholder engagement, project management, and communicationskills, and an understanding of how HR drives business and workforce transformation

During this internship, you will rotate across core People functions such as Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Strategy,Culture, Learning, Leadership Development, and HR Operations. In each rotation, you will collaborate with HR leaders and crossfunctional partners. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

WhatYou'llWork On:

  • Analyze HR programs, processes, and workforce data to uncover insights andidentifyopportunities for improvement.

  • Support key initiatives across people analytics, leadership development, onboarding, culture activation, and organizational effectiveness.

  • Conduct research, gather feedback, and engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and employee experiences.

  • Develop clear, datainformed recommendations and deliver tools, frameworks, or solutions that enhance HR impact.

  • Assistwith planning and executing highpriority HR projects that fuel innovation and strengthen ourpeoplestrategy.

  • Bring fresh thinking, curiosity, and a usercentric mindset to redesign processes and explorenew approachesto talent and organizational development.

You Have:

  • Experience working in a team within a professional environment

  • Experience using Microsoft Office or AI tools such asMSCopilot

  • Experience as a support contractor, government staff, or industry staff

  • Experience with program support, campus leadership, or research

  • Knowledge ofemerging technologies and their relevance to critical missions

  • Ability to apply technicalskills to design, build,anddeliver innovative solutions

  • Ability to learn how to confidently engage with core technology conceptsshaping business

  • Ability to bring creative, analytical, and systems-thinking perspectives

  • Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or Communications by May 2029

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $48,000.00 to $98,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
