- Collaborate with developers, product managers, project managers, quality assurance, business teams and technical support to provide a mix of business and technical direction on systems, design, development, testing and deployment.
- Learn stakeholder strategy, tactical approaches, priorities, requirements, and business process.
- Document business requirements and user stories, oversee and coordinate the development of technical specifications, and help enforce change control procedures.
- Must take initiative to spend time with all levels of users (formal meetings, informal meetings, observing work, etc.)
- Develop a strong Mouser business acumen and use it with each assignment
- Understand basic agile software development methodology processes
- Document basic business needs, user requirements and/or user stories

Product Owner I
- Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a technical or equivalent discipline or experience that demonstrates equivalent expertise

Product Owner II

- Serve as a subject matter expert within established Internet Business value area
- Demonstrated success in guiding an agile software development team
- Eliciting and documenting business needs, user requirements and/or user stories, and supporting artifacts

Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a technical or equivalent discipline
- 2+ years of experience as a software development business analyst, product owner, or equivalent position required.
- Requires 1 year of experience with ecommerce environments.
- For internal candidates, experience can be a combination of internal and external experience.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies, software development lifecycle and problem solving.
- Demonstrated ability to work on an agile software development team.
- Proficiency in producing documentation including mockups, flowcharts, and other process diagrams.
- Familiarity in working in and with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with setting and tracking goals.
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Including the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
