Mechanic - Part-Time Position Type: Part-Time - 5-10 Hours/Week - Flexible Schedule Location: Rogers, MN Pay: $22.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience Ironwood Outdoor (landscaping and snow removal company) is seeking a reliable and skilled mechanic to assist with equipment maintenance and truck servicing. This is a part-time role, offering a flexible schedule of 5-10 hours per week. Great "2^nd job" opportunity!! Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repairs on snow plows, blowers, and other winter equipment. Service and repair landscape and lawn equipment, including mowers and small engines, during non-snow seasons. Conduct basic to intermediate skid steer, truck maintenance and repairs, such as fluid checks, servicing, and electrical troubleshooting. Assist with seasonal equipment changeovers and preparations. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in medium to heavy truck maintenance and small engine repair and maintenance, preferably with snow plows and similar winter equipment.. Experience with landscape and lawn equipment repair. Experience in truck maintenance, repairs, servicing, fluid checks, electrical systems, and accessory installations. Strong mechanical aptitude, including small engines, hydraulics, and basic electrical systems. Flexible, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
