Sr. Production Planning Coordinator

This position creates production schedules and process orders to ensure the Springfield plant runs as efficiently as possible.

This position uses SAP to determine ingredient and packaging component needs, creates purchase orders for those components and works with vendors and carriers to ensure components arrive as planned.

This position verifies that purchase orders are received correctly and verifies inventory accuracy in SAP ERP system.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma Required

Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

--Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact well with people at multiple levels of the organization and with external customers in business and technical fields

--Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and functions

--Must be a self-starter, able to organize, prioritize as well as be able to work in a fast-paced environment

--Must have strong problem-solving skills

--This is an individual contributor role that combines hands on abilities with procedural knowledge and skills

--Must have excellent computer skills and knowledge
