Outpatient Clinical PT Manager

Summary

Job Description:

The Clinical Manager of Outpatient Physical Therapy directs clinical operations, maintains communications with physicians and other health care providers regarding therapy services, and supervises department/clinic employees. He/she works closely with the Director and is prepared to assume all administrative and supervisory duties in the absence of the Director. He/she performs all the duties and responsibilities of the Staff Therapist relative to patient care and oversees clinical coordination for all students in their respective clinics/areas. They are responsible for managing staffing according to volumes and in alignment with budgeted FTEs and productivity targets. Managers may cross over and assume duties for other therapy disciplines when needed Supervisory experience preferred.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree from an accredited program in Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy or Ocupational Therapy with an active Kentucky License.

A minimum of five years experience in one of the above modalities required.

BLS will be required.

Previous supervisory expereince is highly desired.
