Administrative Assistant II

This job is hybrid in Chandler, AZ, with a required minimum of 3 days a week in the office.

As anAdministrativeAssistantIIatInsightyou'llprovide administrative supportto theManagerof Executive Services and the Manager ofExecutive Support. If you are comfortable being exposed to confidential and sensitive information and have a high sense of urgency, read on.

Whatyou'lldo at Insight:

  • Perform office and administrative support, including calendar management,toExecutiveManagement and Leadership team.

  • Prepare and deliver files in confidence toappropriateExecutive whilemaintainingconfidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.

  • Greetscheduled visitors and direct to appropriateareaorperson.

  • Manage conference room reservations

  • Maintain clear and concise record of expense reports,submittedmonthly.

  • Assist withHQactivity committee that orchestrates several annual teammate events both in-office and off-site.

  • Assist with HQ Coffee Club events

  • Oversee executive office supply quantities,purchasing, andback officeoperationsas necessary.

  • Receive,reviewand direct incoming and outgoing mail.

  • Coordinate lunch for executive meetings.

  • Create travel itineraries for executive travel as needed.

  • Performgeneral office duties and miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Whatyou'llneed to be successful at Insight:

  • College degree preferred; or2+ years of related experience and/ orequivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Extreme attention to detail and experience in a large, fast-paceand dynamic environment.

  • Flexibilityand willingnessto adapt tomultiple changing priorities and other duties as they arise.

  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills along with strong Microsoft Office skills with a focus on Outlook,Wordand Excel.

  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
