SOLIDWORKS products are easy to learn and use and helps you design better products.The core User Interface team in SOLIDWORKS R&D is responsible for the UI and UX of the SOLIDWORKS Design desktop product and also for the seamless integration to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. The candidate will be a key member of the SolidWorks R&D User Interface development team. He/she will contribute to the continuing success of the SolidWorks product and its integration with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. This will include delivering new functionality in those areas, enhancing existing functionality, and maintaining existing functionality.This individual will work closely with product definition and other development team members in implementing new software solutions or eliminating limitations which prevent the successful use of SolidWorks software. The individual will continually be challenged to assist in removing limitations or to extend system capabilities in the area of user interface display and underlying systems-level operations. The work is heavily dependent on effective programming capabilities, as well as, understanding a complex CAD architecture. The individual will be part of a highly qualified and successful goal oriented team.The candidate must be proficient with programming in VC++, and must have a deep understanding MS Windows desktop application programming with knowledge of MFC a key benefit. Knowledge of C# and WinForms are a plus. The candidate should have good experience working on desktop applications development. The candidate's background will preferably be in CAD or a related software field (CAM, FEA, etc...), or in gaming or scientific visualization.
