What You Will Do:
Assist Field Service Technicians with installations or service jobs. Develops good working relationships with customers through frequent and professional communication. Knows and complies with all safety policies and procedures. Drives and contributes to the department continuous improvement culture. At times, work unconventional hours and the occasional weekend to provide this required level of service. Other duties as required.
Minimum Requirements
High School diploma or GED 2 years' experience as a Helper or relevant work Knowledge of proper use of hand tools Analytical and problem solving ability Competitive attitude and strong work ethic with the ability to enthusiastically represent the company. Good organizational and time management skills. Self-Driven work ethic.

Pulling: Using upper extremities to exert force in order to draw, drag, haul, or tug objects in a sustained motion. Lifting: Raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position to position. Fingering: Picking, pinching, typing, or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than the whole hand or arm as in handling. Grasping: Applying pressure to an object with the fingers and palm. Feeling: Perceiving attributes of objects, such as size, shape, temperature, or texture by touching with skin, particularly that of fingertips. Talking: Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to customer or other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly. Hearing: Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound. Repetitive motion: Substantial movement (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers to use a computer. The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: visual inspection involving small defects, small parts and/or operation of machines (including inspection), using measurement devices, and/or assembly or fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes. The employee is required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles. The employee is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, thoroughness of work assigned or to make general observations of facilities or structures. Indoor and outdoor environmental conditions. Most activities occur outdoors. Extreme heat. Temperatures above 100 degrees for periods of more than one hour. Consideration should be given to the effect of other environmental conditions, such as wind and humidity. Hazards. Includes a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, and electrical current. Atmospheric conditions. One or more of the following conditions that affect the respiratory system or the skin: fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, or poor ventilation. Oils. There is air and/or skin exposure to oils and other cutting fluids.
