Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate daily customerpickupand delivery activities in support of Courier Services operations across the United States. Serve as acustomerfacingpoint of contact, providing shipment visibility, status updates, and issue resolution while supportinghighvaluecustomers and the secure handling ofhighvalueequipment. Collaborate closely with internal teams across multiple organizations to ensure alignment,timelyexecution, and resolution of operational issues. Monitor and manage daily activity using multiple enterprise systems, reports, and dashboards to track shipments, performance metrics, and exceptions. Review and analyze operational and financial reports to support accuracy, visibility, compliance, and informeddecisionmaking. Interface with Oracle, Salesforce, and related systems to support tracking, reporting, and coordination of daily courier activities (prior experience preferred). Adhere strictly to documented processes, standard work instructions, and compliance requirements; ensure all activities are executed consistently and accurately. Identify, document, and escalate process deviations, service issues, or risksin accordance withestablished procedures. Create, update, andmaintainprocess documentation to support standardization, audit readiness, operational clarity, and continuous improvement. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, courier partners, supervisors, and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues. Participate in daily operational reviews or meetings to assess performance, review metrics, and support corrective actions asrequired. Demonstrate strong analytical andproblemsolvingskills to address shipment delays, data discrepancies, or operational obstacles. Support continuous improvement efforts byidentifyingopportunities to enhance service quality, reporting accuracy, and process effectiveness. Qualifications Requires a minimum of1 yeardirectly relatedexperience. Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution isrequired. Desired 2-5 years of experience ina logistics,warehouseor material handling role. Polished computer skills include use of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint,Sharedoc, Sales Force,Oracle,Smartsheet, Ability to self-manage and improve incrementally on daily assigned tasks. Consistent reliability in attendance. Strong written and verbalcommunicationsskills. Secondary education or certified course work inlogisticsis desirable.
