- Establish standards and best practices for preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs to ensure effectiveness and long-term sustainability.
- Lead complex root cause investigations and implement permanent corrective actions to eliminate repeat failures.
- Provide engineering guidance to maintenance and operations teams by influencing work prioritization, outage planning, and reliability improvement initiatives.
- Define engineering requirements and provide technical input for capital projects, equipment modifications, and new installations, ensuring reliability, maintainability, and lifecycle cost considerations are addressed.
- Identify and lead equipment, component, and process standardization initiatives to reduce variability and improve maintainability.
- Govern the accuracy, integrity, and use of reliability and CMMS data, producing meaningful analysis and performance reporting to support leadership decision-making.
- Prepare and present technical evaluations, risk assessments, and business cases to site and reliability leadership.
