| Essential Job Duties |
Serve as Executive Assistant to Head Men's Basketball Coach.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Handle phone calls, mail, calendar and correspondence for Head Basketball Coach.
- Make necessary travel arrangements for coaches and recruits on official visits.
- Process travel reimbursements and invoices.
- Purchase card reconciliation and purchase orders in financial system.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the Director of Men's Basketball Operations, ensuring seamless coordination of daily team activities, schedules, communications and operational priorities.
- Must be professional and courteous and able to interact with fans, students, athletes, media, recruits and University and Athletic Administrators.
- Assist with event planning and hosting.
- Must maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications
| Minimum Experience/Education |
High School diploma or equivalency and three years of progressively responsible administrative/office management experience; or graduation with an associate's degree in Secretarial Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline and one year of progressively responsible administrative/office management experience; or bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related discipline; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

| Preferred Qualifications |
- Prior experience and knowledge of NCAA & ACC compliance preferred.
- Experience directly supporting a high level manager, director or executive. This includes calendar administration, event planning and hosting and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Experience in an collegiate or professional athletic environment.
