Washington Trust Bank is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). This role provides advanced administrative, operational, and programmatic support to executive leadership and plays a key role in board support, reporting, compliance coordination, executive logistics, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly professional, and experienced working in a dynamic executive environment. Qualifications:
Compensation: $28.46 - $42.70 per hour The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position located in Spokane, WA. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
