The estimated base salary range for this role is $47,000 to $53,000 per year.
Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors

The Vendor Master role provides effective support of the Accounts Payable function to ensure best in class performance for productivity, quality and customer satisfaction related to vendor payments and other related support functions.

What You'll Do

  • Gain exposure to audits, compliance, and system testing that strengthen your finance career.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain SAP Vendor Master.
  • Trouble shoot any New Vendor Request related issues.
  • Back-up support for Material Master.
  • Train the OCR on select vendor invoices.
  • Provide second level support for P-card and T-card related issues.
  • Maintain P-card log and perform P-card audits.
  • Review T-card and P-card audits performed by the outsourced vendor.
  • Serve as back-up for the Image Processor and check room processes.
  • Collect and file W8 and W9's.
  • Issue 1099 and 1042's.
  • Perform various audits.
  • Serve as the Key-User and performs acceptance testing for all systems upgrades, new functionalities and processes.
  • Collaborate on special projects in support of business goals and process improvement.
  • Facilitate collaborative working relationships between the outsourcing party, business units and external customers. Resolve conflict by recognizing the need for compromise and providing appropriate communications.

What will make you successful

  • Must have the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and PaymentNet
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of relevant experience within procure to pay
