This highly visible role is focused on building relationships with college students, faculty, and Stillwater residents, while introducing the BOK Financial brand through community and campus engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, creative leader who thrives in facetoface interactions, enjoys building something from the ground up, and is passionate about community and campus involvement.

Job Description

The Branch Financial Center Leader is responsible for launching and leading the Stillwater Campus Corner Financial Center, with a strong emphasis on relationshipbuilding, brand awareness, and deposit growth. This leader will take a handson, entrepreneurial approach-actively networking on and around campus, engaging with the local community, and coaching a small, agile team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing BOK Financials brand presence in the Stillwater market through campus involvement, community networking, and local partnerships.
  • Building relationships with college students, faculty, university staff, and Stillwater residents and small businesses to drive deposit growth and longterm customer relationships.
  • Leading and developing a small team of bankers through coaching, feedback, and engagement.
  • Taking a creative, resourceful approach to outreach, events, and marketing efforts, leveraging available support while identifying grassroots opportunities.

Taking ownership of the branch's success while collaborating closely with leadership during the launch and growth phase.

Team Culture

This is a highenergy, outwardfacing environment built around connection, creativity, and collaboration. The team operates with flexibility and enthusiasm, embracing a startup mindset in a wellestablished organization. Leaders are handson, supportive, and deeply engaged-creating a culture where ideas are encouraged, initiative is valued, and relationships come first.

How You'll Spend Your Time
  • Business Development: You'll lead the branch's growth by building relationships with students, faculty, staff, and Stillwater residents. You'll own a small book of clients and work alongside your team to create a steady pipeline through campus outreach, events, and local connections.
  • Client Experience and Engagement: You'll set the tone for a welcoming, highenergy experience in the branch and out in the community. You'll review client feedback, step in when issues arise, and make adjustments that improve both the client and employee experience. You'll also support basic branch needs like notary services and loan closings when needed.
  • Coaching and Development: You'll coach a small, agile team through regular oneonone conversations, realtime feedback, and skillbuilding. Developing earlycareer and parttime team members is a big part of this role, and you'll focus on helping them grow confidence and capability while meeting expectations.
  • Profitability and Growth: You'll drive deposit growth and business banking by helping the team have meaningful, consultative conversations. Sales goals are achievable, and success comes from being visible, proactive, and relationshipfocused rather than transactionheavy.
  • Partnerships and Risk: You'll work closely with internal partners and ensure the branch operates within policies and guidelines. You'll manage daytoday risk and approvals while keeping things simple, compliant, and customerfriendly.
  • Community Involvement: You'll be active on campus and in the Stillwater community - attending events, building partnerships, and representing the BOK Financial brand. This role is about being known, present, and involved as we establish ourselves in a new market.
Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelors Degree in Business or a related field of study and 3-5 years of directly related experience in management/supervisory capacity or 5-7 years of equivalent combination of education and experience.
