Monday - Friday2:30pm-11:00pm

What you'll do:



  • Direct hourly warehouse associates on processing of inbound and outbound activities.
  • Manage reports to ensure timely processing of customer orders.
  • Lead the accurate receiving and putaway of inbound freight.
  • Participate in problem solving activities to help improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost within the RSC.
  • Establish a relationship with supervisors, inventory, coordinators, safety and transportation team.
  • Examine standard work, to ensure that all work is being performed accurately and correctly.
  • Lead by example with a continuous improvement mindset; constantly be looking for ways to improve the employee experience through process enhancements.
  • Train, develop team members, promote a safe working environment, and enforce safety rules and procedures.
  • Understand computerized systems associated with both the inbound and outbound processes.
  • Be flexible and willing to adapt to change; be comfortable working in the constantly changing environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.


What you'll bring:



  • Warehouse experience in an associate level role.
  • Experience with RF units in a warehouse environment
  • Intermediate PC skills, including MS Office.
  • High School education or GED
  • Efficient and safe use of PIT equipment is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Good understanding of basic math required for quick and accurate counting and calculations.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and organization.
  • Self starter.
  • Must be adaptable to changes in the work environment, comfortable with multiple competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events in a calm and logical manner.
  • Must possess a positive attitude, be a team player, and have a strong work ethic.


Within 3 months, you'll:





    • You will be immersed and understand the Atkore safety culture and Values.
    • You will have completed any required trainings.
    • Be well-versed in Atkore's Business System and the importance of your role to daily operations.
    • Worked first hand in each of the departments to understand normal process paths.




Salary range: $27.92 per hour
