Our regional support center provides resources to our hotels for multiple areas including Human Resources, Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Security, Group Reservations, Guest Contact Center, Information Technology, Laundry and Communications.

What We're Looking For:

A welcoming, detail-oriented coordinator to handle reservations processing of all contracted group rooms blocks. This role serves as the primary liaison for group clients, ensuring clear communication, accurate rooming lists, and timely handling of inquiries, changes, and special requests by collaborating with hotel teams and maintaining accurate record and reports to support a seamless experience for clients until check-in.

What You Will Do:

* Handle all aspects of group reservations, including processing inquiries, confirming bookings, and managing changes or cancellations.
* Serve as the main point of contact for group clients, providing timely communication on cut-off dates, general inquiries, and issues according to company standards.
* Address room block issues, special requests, and out-of-block needs escalating when appropriate.
* Input, review, and distribute rooming lists ensuring accuracy and completion of all required quality checks.
* Accurately input, update, and track group reservations in Property Management System (PMS), ensuring all details are correctly recorded.
* Prepare, update, and distribute pick-up reports.
* Participate in pick-up meetings, resume reviews, and pre-conference meetings.
* Maintain regular and reliable attendance in alignment with company standards and operational needs.
* Embrace flexibility by performing other duties as assigned to support the team and organizational goals.

Your Qualifications Include:

* Minimum of one year of experience in hospitality or relevant industry preferred.
* Intermediate skills in computer programs used for reservations, inventory control, and Property Management Systems required.
* Position requires the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written, with team members, leaders, and guests.
* Position requires flexibility to work a varied schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, as scheduled.
* Position requires prolonged periods of sitting while using hands, fingers, vision, and hearing to successfully operate computer and phone systems.
