• Provides students withtimelyand efficient student transportation services asrequired.

• Maintainsappropriate vehicledocumentation per DOL/Company requirements.

• May be assigned toassistin other departments asrequired.

• Schedules and delivers vehicles for preventive maintenance andrepairsas necessary.

• Conducts vehicle inspections and reports safety issues and concerns to supervisor.

• Maintains the care,cleanliness,and upkeep of the Center's vehicles.

• Produces quality work/assignments in a thorough,timelyandaccuratemanner.

• Shows respect and courtesy to students and holds them accountable for their actions and behavior.

• Ensures that only authorized students are transportedon andoffCenter.

• Keepsaccuratelog of students transportedoff ofand returned to Center.

• Clearlycommunicatesandconsistentlymodelsappropriate CSSand employability skills.

• Maintainsaccountabilityofstaff,students,and property.

• Adheres to safety practices in all areas of responsibility.

• Fosters and sustains a conducive environment at the center, ensuring itremainsfree from harassment, intimidation, and disrespect, thereby ensuring a safe space for both staff and students to engage in work and learning.

• Attends all required staff training opportunities.

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).

• Experience working withyouth.

• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with passenger and air brake endorsementswith an acceptable driving record.

• With possession of Valid Driver's License, CDL requirement may be temporarily waived if individual can obtain valid CDL with endorsements within ninety days of hire date.

This executive will be vital in expanding APM's footprint in government and commercial markets by winning high-quality contracts. Success in this role will be driven by strategic insight, operational excellence, and leadership in proposal management.

This is an individual contributor role and does not have any direct reports. The Lead may from time to time be required to support work in other regions. Domestic and international travel of approximately 20-30% may be required.

Extensive standing, and sitting and continuous computer, phone, and deskwork required. Work will be primarily in a defined office environment with specified hours. Will require one on one and group interaction with individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds. Must be available for occasional out of office meetings, conferences, training, and other events as needed.
