Competitive Wages and Benefits:

Wages start at $22.00 to $35.00 per hour
• $3.50 per hour perfect attendance bonus to be paid at the end of each week
• Additional quarterly perfect attendance bonus of 3% and annual perfect attendance bonus of 3.5%

Refrigeration Technician position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Fix and maintain mechanical equipment, buildings, and machines
• Rebuild, repair, and/or replace equipment/machinery/parts
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Install equipment/machinery/parts
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems
• Create and complete daily activity reports
• Provide mechanical assistance during crisis situations
• Collaborate with management and other departments regarding refrigeration issues throughout the facility
• Other duties as assigned

This is a safety sensitive position. This position is an on-site position.

Qualified candidates for the Refrigeration Technician position should possess the following:

• Ammonia/Refrigeration systems knowledge and experience
• Mechanical skills and understanding of basic machine functions
• Food processing experience
• General knowledge of plant layout and production floor equipment and processes
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to work and be on time when scheduled
• Ability to read, write and speak English preferred
• Strong work ethic and eye for detail
• Exemplary safety record (with previous employer)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
