Only five percent of business schools worldwide are accredited by AACSB International. The Thomas College of Business and Economics values internationalization to prepare students for a competitive global environment, diversity to enrich personal growth and enhance the learning experience, ethical decision making to prepare students to serve as business leaders, and scholarship to benefit our students' education.

Other major functions may include providing support in the development, revision, implementation, and evaluation of existing and new programs, providing necessary guidance to ensure compliance with state, regulatory, and accrediting agencies, and collaborating with chairs and coordinators to assist in the development and support of new initiatives to increase student success.
