Job Summary The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse and logistics operations that enable data center technician teams to perform installations and service work efficiently. This role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, inventorying, staging, and delivering materials while maintaining accurate inventory records and a clean, organized warehouse environment. The position requires strong attention to detail when handling sensitive or high-value equipment, the ability to operate warehouse equipment, and a commitment to safety and process accuracy. The Warehouse Associate also assists technicians by preparing materials, pre-assembling hardware when needed, and supporting white glove installation tasks within a fast-paced data center environment. Job Responsibilities

Receive incoming shipments and verify deliveries against packing slips and purchase orders.

Inspect equipment and materials for accuracy, damage, and completeness.

Package, label, tag, and store inventory according to established warehouse procedures.

Enter and maintain accurate inventory records within inventory management systems.

Track and report damaged or missing inventory in a timely manner.

Stage, kit, and organize materials for technician work orders and installation projects.

Pre-assemble hardware and prepare equipment for deployment when required.

Load, unload, and transport materials using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment.

Deliver materials to technicians and operational teams as needed.

Operate forklifts and company vehicles in accordance with safety guidelines.

Assist with white glove installations within the data center when requested.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization using 5S and Lean principles.

Conduct inventory counts, restock supplies, and maintain accurate inventory levels.

Perform routine facility maintenance tasks to ensure a safe working environment.

Secure tools, equipment, and staged materials at the end of each workday.

Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.

1 to 3 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory support role.

Experience receiving, inspecting, and documenting inbound shipments.

Familiarity with inventory management or asset tracking systems.

Basic understanding of operating systems such as SAP or Spectrum preferred.

Ability to stage, kit, and organize materials for operational or technical teams.

Experience handling sensitive or high-value equipment with attention to detail.

Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or similar material handling equipment preferred.

OSHA 10 certification preferred.

Ability to meet minimum driving standards to operate company vehicles.

Proficiency with PC systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Knowledge of warehouse organization practices such as 5S or Lean principles preferred.

Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools.

Strong understanding of safety procedures and clean workplace standards.

Ability to follow detailed processes and maintain accurate records.

Ability to work at heights, on ladders, and in confined spaces when required.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Schedule: Monday through Friday with a 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM start time.

Work environment: Data center and warehouse operations environment.

Required PPE includes safety equipment and work boots.

Experience working around low voltage equipment or data center infrastructure is preferred.
