Customer Service / Collections Representative Contract-to-Hire (1 Year) \| Hybrid Fort Worth, TX $22/hour Start Date: April 27, 2026 We are hiring a Customer Service/ Collections Representative to support MercedesBenz Financial Services (MBFS). Responsibilities: * Handle inbound and outbound calls to collect payments on active and closed accounts * Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up on expired or pending actions * Provide excellent customer service while managing an assigned account queue * Perform skip tracing and assign accounts for repossession when needed * Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve escalations * Ensure compliance with company policies and standards * Handle approx. 20 calls per day Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's preferred) * 1-2 years of customer service and/or collections experience preferred * Automotive or financial services experience a plus * Strong communication and negotiation skills Contracttohire opportunity with growth potential Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, TX.
