Collections Representative (OnSite \| Albuquerque, NM) $18-$20/hr \| Contract with potential to convert Ready to put your collections skills to work in a fastpaced financial services environment? We're hiring Collections Representatives to support a high call volume team handling delinquent accounts while delivering toptier member service. What you'll do: * Handle mostly outbound collection calls * Work 30/60/90+ day delinquent and chargedoff accounts * Identify root causes and recommend solutions (extensions, refinancing, hardship options) * Maintain detailed, compliant documentation * Navigate difficult financial conversations with professionalism What we're looking for: * 1-3 years of collections or member services experience (credit union/bank preferred) * Call center experience * Strong communication & problemsolving skills * Spanish is a plus, not required Schedule: Mon-Fri \| 8hour shift between 8AM-6PM Location: 100% onsite in Albuquerque Duration: 3-month contract (strong performance may lead to FTE) If you're resilient, detailoriented, and ready to make an impact-this is a great opportunity to jump in quickly and grow.
