We are seeking a Footwear Color Designer in this pivotal role for Basketball. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the aesthetic direction of future collections, making a tangible impact on product appeal and market success. You will contribute to key seasonal direction work, driving compelling new color theories in athletic footwear and collaborating across functions to bring these visions to fruition.

Responsibilities



  • Drive compelling new color theories for athletic footwear, contributing to seasonal direction work.
  • Collaborate extensively with a cross-functional team to execute design visions.
  • Influence the visual identity of future product collections.
  • Work within the footwear expression team, contributing to both men's and women's athletic lines.


Skills



  • 3-5 years' minimum experience in a similar design role.
  • Expertise in Adobe Illustrator.
  • Good foundation and knowledge of textiles.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop.
  • Experience with Miro.
  • Familiarity with CLO 3D.
  • Experience with Vizcom.
  • Degree preferred.
  • Ability to translate consumer insights into compelling design narratives.
  • Passion for sports.
