This position is for Parker Hannifin's Composite Sealing Systems Division, located in San Diego (Otay Mesa), California. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Division EHS Manager (DEHSM) Leads the Division Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) strategy and programs to ensure regulatory compliance, reduce risk, and drive continuous improvement across multiple sites while driving sustainable performance. Partners with division and site leadership to strengthen EHS culture, implement management systems, and achieve performance targets through effective auditing, training, incident prevention, and corrective action management. Leads implementation and maturity of the division's EHS management system, including governance, metrics, internal audits, and management review. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Develop and implement programs and procedures to meet Division objectives and targets in EHS. Key focus points include:
