In this critical role, you will supervise maintenance and engineering teams to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted manufacturing operations, while supporting continuous improvement, cost control, and longterm equipment reliability.

What you'll do:

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead and support plant maintenance operations to ensure continuous, highquality production:

  • Supervise and develop 20-25 maintenance and engineering employees
  • Maintain and repair manufacturing and production equipment to minimize downtime
  • Oversee facility maintenance to ensure the building and utilities remain in excellent condition
  • Enforce safety, food safety, and housekeeping programs to promote an accidentfree workplace
  • Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs
  • Control inventory and spare parts to ensure availability across departments
  • Monitor departmental cost control and maintenance budgets
  • Coordinate and manage outside contractors and service providers
  • Support plant quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance systems
  • Partner with management on continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives

What you'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Minimum of 6 years of maintenance or engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience leading or supervising maintenance teams
  • Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems
  • Ability to read and interpret facility drawings, mechanical diagrams, and electrical schematics
  • A leadership style that fosters team accountability, engagement, and safety
