Buyer Associate Location:Chula Vista, CA -Hybrid, on site 4 days in Chula Vista, work from home on Fridays Job ID: #72396 Pay Range: $28-34 Supports acquisition and sourcing of materials and resources required for the company for direct and/or indirect material including assisting with contracts (LTA) and order creation J ob description - including: Place purchase orders, ensure the accuracy, obtain receipt confirmation Monitor deliveries, expedite and update PO delivery/statistical dates Add detailed notes to relevant business applications, such as delivery commits, forecast/sales, supplier stock levels, shipment tracking information Attend meetings to provide delivery updates to internal stakeholders Process Excel script mass updates Excel report consolidation between Supplier and internal reports Support Senior Buyers as needed Shift (including hours to be worked): 7-3:30 pm, 8 hours Job level: Entry Required qualifications: University Degree in Business Experience: At least 0-1 years Preferred qualifications: SAP or similar ERP systems MS office experience, Excel, PowerPoint Excellent written skills and able to communicate with all levels of leadership Remain calm under pressure and deal with ambiguity.
