We are seeking a detail-oriented
Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical complexity and business clarity. Your primary focus will be the comprehensive documentation of both business and technical processes, ensuring that our products and workflows are accurately captured and easily understood by stakeholders across the organization.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in both
business and technical writing, with the analytical ability to read and interpret data structures in
SQL and SAS.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Documentation: Analyze, interpret, and document complex business processes to improve organizational transparency and efficiency. Technical Specification: Translate technical product specifications and system architectures into clear, concise documentation for varied audiences. Data Interpretation: Review and understand existing SQL scripts and SAS programs to extract logic for documentation and process mapping. Product Mapping: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for internal products, ensuring all features and technical requirements are up to date. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams and business leads to ensure documentation aligns with actual system functionality and business needs.
