Must Have
Small cell deployment, new build & modification experience (wireless industry)
Knowledge of Public Right of Way & Private Property wireless projects
Excel, project management & negotiation skills

Responsibilities:
Drive project completion & site acquisition
Track vendor performance & manage budgets
Handle leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental & regulatory compliance
Lead deployment calls with vendors, third parties & project teams

Nice to Have
Systems: 1ERP, ESA, SPM (Fuze)
Real estate license
