CNC Machinist Skills & Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 8+ years of experience inmanual machining, including engine lathes, VTLs, HBMs, and surface grinders
• Experience holdingtight tolerances ( .001)
• Strong ability to read and interpretblueprints and technical drawings
• Proficiency withprecision measuring tools(calipers, micrometers, depth micrometers, dial indicators)
• Solid math skills, including working withfractions and decimals
• Experience machiningcarbon steel, stainless steel, coated components, and composite materials
• Strong communication skills andabilityto work effectively in ateam-based environment
• Proven track record ofgood attendance and safe work practices

How You'll Spend Your Day
