• Hands-on MIG welding skills, trade school or job experience.
• Understanding of metal types and weld prep.
• Use of measuring tools, gauges, and blueprints.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physical work.
• Reliability, safety focus, and team-player attitude.
