We're looking for a Senior Director, Talent Acquisition (TA) to join Procore's People Team. In this role, you'll own Procore's full-lifecycle talent acquisition function-leading a team of FTE and contract recruiters across all major hiring verticals while serving as a key architect of our Integrated Talent model. This isn't a transactional recruiting role-it's a seat at the table for a talent leader who believes recruiting is the engine of organizational capability. As a Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, you'll partner with Talent Operations & Analytics, Talent Management & Development, FP&A, and senior business leaders to drive full-lifecycle recruiting across Procore's core hiring verticals. Use your expertise in AI-powered recruiting, data-driven talent operations, and team leadership to build pipelines that power Procore's growth and shape how we attract, assess, and develop talent at scale. Base Pay Range: 220,000.00 - 302,500.00 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
