In this role, you'll be at the heart of our bottling operations, performing daily inspections, collecting samples, and conducting lab testing - including volumetric, CO, Brix, and alcohol analyses - to ensure every product meets our quality standards. You'll track and trend key metrics, identify deviations, and bring forward practical recommendations that help our leaders make informed, strategic decisions. When a product doesn't meet specifications, you'll play a hands-on role in the hold process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively. Beyond the day-to-day, you'll contribute to something bigger. You'll support calibration and preventative maintenance programs, assist with traceability and inventory disposition, and help train teammates on quality control procedures and record keeping. Your ability to evaluate data, apply basic statistical analysis, and utilize quality tools will directly influence how we prevent and solve quality challenges across the bottling line. We're looking for someone who operates with an ownership mindset - setting high expectations, driving honest conversations, and continuously looking for ways to improve.
