In this role, you'll be at the heart of our bottling operations, performing daily inspections, collecting samples, and conducting lab testing - including volumetric, CO, Brix, and alcohol analyses - to ensure every product meets our quality standards. You'll track and trend key metrics, identify deviations, and bring forward practical recommendations that help our leaders make informed, strategic decisions. When a product doesn't meet specifications, you'll play a hands-on role in the hold process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Beyond the day-to-day, you'll contribute to something bigger. You'll support calibration and preventative maintenance programs, assist with traceability and inventory disposition, and help train teammates on quality control procedures and record keeping. Your ability to evaluate data, apply basic statistical analysis, and utilize quality tools will directly influence how we prevent and solve quality challenges across the bottling line.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 3 years of production/operations or quality assurance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. OR Associate of science degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Biology or Engineering plus 1 year of laboratory, or quality assurance experience;
• Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
• Skilled in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
• Required flexibility in working overtime and weekends as needed.
• Required to lift and move product and samples weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
