Confluence is a company of opportunity About this Position The Aquatic Ecologist / Pond Manager is a part-time, on-call position responsible for supporting pond assessment, management, and ecological services. This role focuses on evaluating pond conditions, working directly with landowners, and implementing management plans to meet project goals. The position involves regular fieldwork, independent coordination, and hands-on work in outdoor environments, with an emphasis on safety and practical problem-solving. Essential Responsibilities
