Join Us: Be the Go To Presence on the Job Site as an On-Site Representative - Delivering Confidence, Coordination, and Results Do you excel in fast moving construction environments where attention to detail, clear communication, and proactive problem solving make all the difference? Are you known for keeping work aligned in the field-anticipating issues, supporting contractors, and ensuring projects stay on track? CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a part-time as needed OnSite Representative to join our PMCM Team and support construction projects in Albany, NY or Syracuse, NY. In this role, you will act as the owner's trusted onsite liaison-monitoring daily construction activities, coordinating stakeholders, and verifying work is performed in accordance with plans, schedules, and contract requirements. This is an opportunity to work closely with project managers, designers, contractors, and clients to promote safe, efficient construction and successful project outcomes. What You'll Do:

Salary Range: $45.00 - $55.00 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
