Wire Room Supervisor

ESC/NorthEast Electrical is seeking a Full-time Wire Room Supervisor to lead our warehouse team in Woburn, MA!

Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 9AM start

Annual Salary: $75,000 to $85,000

As a member of the Woburn Warehouse Organization you will be responsible for specified duties related to the Wire Room Department. The person in this position is exposed to all elements that exist in a warehouse environment where the noise level is usually moderate.

Physical Requirements:

The person in this position will frequently lift and/or move up to 100lbs using manual and PIT Equipment.

What a day in this role looks like:

• Schedule and assign work to employees, providing necessary materials, equipment and documents.
• Review all orders that go through the Wire Room to ensure accuracy.
• Effectively communicate with all Departments, drivers, transportation, salespeople.
• Make certain orders are picked and packed according to quality guidelines and established deadlines.
• Conduct daily start-up meetings
• Maintain good housekeeping standards and make certain employees follow all safety policy and procedures.
• Create and maintain spread sheets in a timely manner daily.
• Perform other duties as required or directed.

What You Can Bring to us:

• Ability to organize, multitask and pay attention to detail.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and warehouse equipment.
• Product knowledge is desirable.
• Good understanding of computer system preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
• PIT Certified
• Must be reliable and flexible.
