Overview The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent to support our organization's hiring needs. This role partners closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand workforce plans, build diverse pipelines, and deliver highquality candidates for current and future openings. The Sourcer will leverage market insights, sourcing tools, and creative strategies to find and engage passive candidates while ensuring a strong candidate experience that reflects our employer brand. Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development
Proactively identify and attract passive candidates through sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, boolean searches, social media, talent communities, referrals, and industry events.

Base compensation ranges from $62,000 to $80,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
