Job Family Group: FacultyTime Type: Part timeDepartment/Office: Classical StudiesExemption Status: ExemptJob Description: Trinity University is seeking a Part-Time Faculty for the Fall 2026 semester to teach one of the following course(s):CLAS-1304: Classical Mythology CLAS-1311: Ancient World in Film & Television CLAS 1318: Ancient Athletics, From Olympians to Gladiators CLAS 1320: Medical Terminology Classical Studies seeks a Part-Time Faculty to teach one 3-credit course in the Fall 2026, chosen from among those listed above. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Typical responsibilities of part-time faculty members include but are not limited to:
QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION Required: MA in Classics or related discipline Preferred: PhD in Classics or related discipline EXPERIENCE Required: Demonstrated ability to teach undergraduate courses. Preferred: Experience teaching the selected course. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
