Onboarding Consultant (SMB) Location: Columbus, GA or Atlanta, GA We are looking for an Onboarding Consultant to serve as a key customer-facing delivery function within our Professional Services & Onboarding organization. This role is responsible for leading the successful onboarding, configuration, and activation of Togetherwork SaaS solutions for new SMB customers. The Onboarding Consultant partners closely with Project Managers, Solution Consultants, Customer Success, and delivery leadership to ensure customers achieve a smooth transition from sales to active product usage-delivering structured onboarding engagements that drive adoption, early value realization, and long-term success.
