Scope of Position

Supports the entire site leadership team and helps ensure smooth daily operations across the manufacturing facility. This role provides highquality administrative support, manages productionrelated documentation, helps create an excellent visitor experience, and coordinates internal events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fastpaced industrial environment.

This position reports to the Operations Leader. This role is on-site and is based in Fort Myers, FL.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the full site leadership team, including Operations, Quality, NPD, R&D, Facilities, HR, and Safety.
  • Assist with onboarding support and help ensure smooth communication across the site.
  • Organize, maintain, and retrieve hardcopy production paperwork, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with site and regulatory standards.
  • Hardcopy and electronic filing of work orders, quality inspection sheets, various logs, training records, and related documents.
  • Support audits, document reviews, and archiving schedules.
  • Collaborate with operations and quality teams to maintain efficient documentation processes.
  • Act as a welcoming point of contact for visitors, vendors, candidates, and corporate guests/partners.
  • Prepare visitor materials and ensure a professional and organized entry experience.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support site events such as team meetings, employee recognition events, training sessions, and leadership visits.
  • Manage event logistics including catering, communications, supplies, and setup/breakdown.
  • Partner with HR and leadership to support culture-building activities.
  • Collect and deliver USPS inbound mail
  • Perform general office support tasks such as copying, scanning, mail distribution, and data entry.
  • Ensure that a professional, welcoming environment is maintained for all guests.
  • Must wear all required PPE and abide by safety rules.
  • Must report any job-related injury and or illness immediately to your direct supervisor.
  • Must maintain attendance and punctuality standards as established by company.
  • Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by the Operations Leader or Company management.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years' experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally in a manufacturing or operations setting.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks and stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and strong followthrough.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • A customerfocused, positive attitude and a desire to help teams succeed.
  • Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.
  • Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.

Working Conditions: While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site at a manufacturing facility and will perform the majority of your duties in an office environment. You may, at times, be required to be present on the manufacturing floor and will be required to wear the appropriate personal protective equipment. You will be required to work in the office at the Fort Myers location. Your scheduled workdays and hours will be communicated to you by your manager.

Physical Requirements: Specific physical abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Ability to remain seated at a desk or workstation for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks like typing on a keyboard or using a mouse for extended periods.
  • Ability to physically move around the office, organize or transport files, packages, or other office-related materials.
  • Ability to read documents, use a computer, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with management and coworkers, particularly in meetings or phone calls.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry light objects, such as office supplies, documents, or small equipment.
