Job Title: MGR, MDU SALES Frontier has seen exponential multifamily growth but is entering a new era with Verizon. As a Manager of MDU Business Development, you're a tenacious and driven sales leader to help us navigate the new challenges and capitalize on the opportunities. You will lead a team of Business Development Managers and be responsible for the development and execution of strategies that maximize Frontier's market share and profitability in your respective region. About You You are a successful sales leader with experience managing a high-performance business development team that will deliver exceptional solutions and services to our valued customers. You have an innate desire to win and take ownership of your team's success. You can pivot quickly between hands-on sales coaching and executive KPI reporting.You are a results-driven sales professional that can inspire a team to optimize customer satisfaction, revenue and retention strategies. About the Role The MDU Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team to drive sales growth within the multiple dwelling unit segment. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong sales background and an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the MDU market. The ideal candidate will build relationships with property management companies, developers, and other stakeholders to expand our presence and revenue in this sector. Responsibilities
