Position Highlights The John and Doris Norton School of Human Ecology seeks a Limited Term Adjunct Lecturer to teach courses in the Financial Therapy Graduate Certificate program. Courses may include one or a combination of: PFFP 510 Introduction to Financial Therapy, PFFP 511 Love & Money, PFFP 512 Decisions, Behavior, and Finances, and/or PFFP 513 Trends in Financial Therapy Theory & Research. This position involves some course development and teaching within the main campus PFFP program at The University of Arizona. The course modality will be online and the dates of the courses will be recurring.

Duties & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to do the following:

  • Teach PFFP 510 Introduction to Financial Therapy, PFFP 511 Love & Money, PFFP 512 Decisions, Behavior, and Finances, and/or PFFP 513 Trends in Financial Therapy Theory & Research during the Fall and/or Spring
    semesters.
  • Deliver the course online.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

  • Course development, course instruction,
    supervisor responsibilities, written communication.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Master's degree in financial planning or other related discipline, or,
  • Ten years or more of industry experience in financial planning, or other related financial services discipline with progressively increasing responsibilities and/or training of personnel or significant teaching and student-mentoring experience in traditional classroom settings at a college or university.
