Job Description Summary

Position Objective:

The Mega Projects Region Operations Manager is responsible for the profitable operational execution of a Mega Project within a Region. The Onsite Operations Managers will directly report to this individual. This role will work closely with the Mega Projects staff to successfully deploy an onsite or satellite branch that encompasses customer service, fleet utilization and availability, operational efficiencies, implementation of policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Utilizing a collaborative mindset for fleet movement, technician movement, and other resources will be critical to ensure these projects are run as efficiently for the region as possible.

Position Responsibilities:
* Implementation of Company strategy at the region level for Mega Projects
* Ensures sales consistency and coordinated leadership of sales performance within the region for Mega Projects
* Identify and develop future leaders, sales team and strong support staff
* Monitor, analyze and adjust inventories to maximize Mega Project utilization and rental income; Analyze and manage branch cost structures
* Recognize project trends and create action plans for success
* Capture Voice of the Customer needs for IOT and reporting and work with the Mega Projects Team to execute on these needs
* Develop a close relationship with the Leadership with the contractors on these projects to ensure we are able to quickly respond to their needs and are living up to the commitment of the project

OPERATIONS
* Review all Branch Profit and Loss Reports and adjust strategy as needed to improve operations of the Branch.
* Develop actions plans for each Onsite Operations Manager clearly outlining the tactical steps to take to achieve the PC monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
* Develop actions fleet plans for each project, update them monthly with the project team, and work with the fleet team to ensure proper execution of the plan

BUSINESS ACUMEN
* Review performance of branches relative to established plans and take corrective steps to achieve as needed.
* Understand project conditions and potential opportunities to protect and expand current market share including interaction with customers
* Mega Project forecasting and budgeting

SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
* Develop sales marketing plans and execute strategies to support new market
* Ensure proper execution of AMP and RAMP plans at the Mega Projects region level
* Oversee the development and execution of all sales strategies, plans and programs to increase overall exposure and revenue.

LEADERSHIP
* Coach Onsite Operations Managers in maximizing profits with best possible fleet mix, pricing strategies, service/preventive maintenance programs, utilization, delivery and sharing of fleet beween stores
* Develops branch personnel's sales skills, customer service skills, and communication skills through on-going development with the Branch Manager and performance assessment
* Coach Branch Managers and Sales Representatives in the creation and implementation of their inividual development plans.
* Develop bench strength through succession planning to build a leadership pipeline within the disrict.

Requirements:
Education & Experience:
* College Degree in Business or equivalent in experience
* May be required to spend 50% or more of a workday traveling from one branch or customer location to another
* Some overnight travel is required
* Excellent leadership and organizational skills
* Ability to coach, mentor and develop subordinate
* Previous proven supervisory skills
* Must be able to motivate, inspire and achieve results through others
* Proven ability to drive results in a manner that is consistent with Sunbelt values and goals

Physical Demands:
Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job. Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work. All duties must be performed according to Sunbelt's safety policies and guidelines. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with ADA/ADAAA.

Base Pay Range: $108,430.00 - 149,091.80
