Job Title: Manufacturing Systems Engineer

Location: Raymond, OH (Onsite)

Pay: $42.00 - $49.70/hour

Contract: 4-6 Months

Job Summary:

Seeking a Manufacturing Systems (MES) Engineer to support line control systems, process improvement, and system standardization across North American plants. This role partners with engineering, IT, and plant teams to enhance system performance and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support MES strategy, system enhancements, and standardization efforts
• Lead small projects including system updates and feasibility studies
• Collaborate with plant teams, IT, and engineering stakeholders
• Create and maintain process documentation and system workflows
• Perform testing, validation, and UAT for system changes
• Support training and adoption of MES systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years in manufacturing systems, MES, or process engineering
• Experience in automotive manufacturing preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and project management skills
