Description & Requirements
The Graphic Design Intern will work with the National Office Design Team at Forvis Mazars to support the consistent application and advancement of our global brand. The Graphic Design Intern will use Adobe Creative Cloud software to create graphics in support of marketing collaterals, conferences, events, PowerPoint presentations, social media, email marketing, and our website. They will also collaborate with our design team to participate in discussions about brand maintenance and brand evolution.
This position will primarily be in-person and located at a local Forvis Mazars office. The intern will work 16-24 hours per week with an option for additional hours as their schedule allows. Work schedules will coincide with standard business hours and be agreed upon by the team leader and director (class schedules and student life commitments are taken into consideration). Professional demeanor, flexibility, strong organizational skills, and outstanding attention to detail are critical to success.

  • Leading with UCX, collaborate with internal clients to provide deliverables that meet strategic objectives and brand standards
  • Create brand materials for a variety of applications including but not limited to print, web, social, email, and PowerPoint.
  • Learn to independently manage assigned projects, tasks, proofs, and feedback in our work management system, Adobe Workfront.
  • Strategically browse stock photo websites to curate images that align with our brand for use online and in our marketing materials.
  • Demonstrate strong time management to enable simultaneous work on multiple projects to meet deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2 years college experience required
  • Must be a Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in graphic design or related field
  • Experience in graphic design role or as a freelance designer is preferred
  • Maintain a residence within the local area of Springfield, MO or Charlotte, NC
